I work closely with our fantastic SPT schools and collaborate with mainstream schools across Devon and Cornwall. I have spent around 20 years in education, teaching English, working as a SENCO, and leading on Teaching and Learning. These experiences have shaped my approach to professional development, always focusing on what makes the greatest impact in the classroom.

I hold a Master’s in Education, with a focus on improving outcomes for disadvantaged children in Cornwall. Working across such a creative and committed region is inspiring, and I feel privileged to support our staff and to help build strong partnerships both within and beyond the Trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and long walks with my family – including our four-legged companions.
