My role is to support schools and settings through visits, training and flexible solutions to help staff to be the best they can be, therefore ensuring our children and young people have the very best provision. Caroline and I also run the Learning Communities related to curriculum. I liaise with all colleagues in my role but particularly the SEND Advisory Team.

I have been in education since 1996 and have held numerous roles. From teacher, SENCo, subject lead to Deputy Head, Head and Chair of Governors, I have been fortunate enough to experience a wide range of settings: Primary, Secondary, Special and AP leadership. My work as an Advisor has been across two local authorities and I have most recently been a School Effectiveness Advisor for Devon. I am really excited about my role here and very much look forward to meeting you.
