I am delighted to announce, as part of the SEND Transformation Programme in Devon, the development of an innovative partnership commissioned by Devon County Council that will develop informed SEND practice, improve system capacity and increase specialist skills and provision across the county. This is the first step towards our commitment in the Local Area SEND Strategy to building inclusive communities where our children can thrive.
