Roscadghill - Special Partnership Trust Consultation

The Special Partnership Trust Consultation

The Special Partnership Trust, wishes to consult on:

The development of Roscadghill provision, an extension of Nancealverne School, a member of The Special Partnership Trust.

We are writing to you with details of a proposal to extend Nancealverne School, a member of The Special Partnership Trust.

Special Partnership Trust is an equitable partnership of schools and specialist provision, with schools in Devon and Cornwall.  The Trust are ambitious for excellence in learning and support, constantly seeking to improve the offer to SEN young people and their families through collaboration, challenge and cooperation across the partnership.

The Trust want to extend Nancealverne to increase the capacity at Nancealverne School by 17 places. The size and locality of the school will provide capacity to meet SEN need in the west of the county.

The school extension proposed opening to pupils is between September 2024 – December 2024.

We wish to consult parents, carers and members of the wider community about the proposal. The consultation period will start on the 03/06/24 and end at 5:00pm on the 24/6/2024.

As part of the consultation there will be the opportunity for parents and members of the community to ask the Trust and school leadership about the proposal to extend the school.

Questions, comments and responses regarding the consultation can be submitted as follows:
