Our outreach services are managed and delivered by a dedicated team of specialists who bring a wealth of expertise and experience to support children with SEND. Special Partnership Trust’s outreach service provides training, advice, guidance and mentoring into settings across Cornwall and Devon. Complement existing SEND Services with specialist outreach to empower staff through training and mentoring.
