Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year including 37 days holiday (29 days + bank holidays), Working Pattern to be agreed with successful applicant.
Contract: Permanent Variable
Salary Range: SPT Grade 5, £30,964 per annum (£16.05 per hour)
Starting Date: ASAP
Curnow School (a member of the Special Partnership Trust) is an Outstanding all age special school, supporting pupils with challenging behaviours, severe physical and/or learning difficulties.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated and well-organised Premises Supervisor to be responsible for the general maintenance of the school buildings and grounds, complete project work, maintain the security of the school buildings and be responsible for the operational management of the school’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy and for the school vehicles. The post holder will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the online compliance systems.
Curnow School now operates over 3 sites and the successful applicant will have responsibilities at Curnow Upper School in Redruth, Curnow Lower School at Illogan and The Karder Hub at St Columb Major. In light of our recent expansion, we are also recruiting a full-time caretaker to work alongside the Premises Supervisor, so this is an exciting time to form and develop a dynamic and effective premises team.
