The Role
As Finance & Payroll Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with the central finance team, school leaders, and external partners to deliver efficient and timely finance and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all staff
- Support with the administration of pensions and employee benefits
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle data entry
- Respond to finance and payroll queries from staff and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Trust policies
- Support the finance team in year-end and audit processes
