We are working closely with Devon County Council on a range of outreach projects to support the SEND Transformation plans across the county.

One of the key initiatives is the transition project, which focusses on supporting Year 6 pupils as they move into Year 7. This project involves working closely with mainstream schools to co-produce and implement specialist information, advice and guidance (SIAG). The goal is to support whole-school approaches that cater to learners with SEN during this critical transition period.
